ge444 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawal Rules

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided the account closure was not the result of a terms violation or fraud investigation.
